Bob Battle "wrote the books" on DUI Defense in Virginia. In addition collaborating with the Virginia lawyers on this website to write  the "Virginia DUI/DWI Survival Guide: The Guilt Myth," Bob also wrote the controversial  Consumer Guide, "How to Choose a DUI Lawyer in Virginia."
