I was recently arrested for D.U.I. The police officer had me blow into a breathalizer 6 times! On the 6th time he told me i was under arrest. I asked the officer what the test had registered, and he replied, "I don't have to tell you that!" In addition, the officer failed to document the breathalizer reading on the police report! #1) Is it legal to deny the reading of the breathalizer to me? #2) Is the officer required to document the breathalizer reading on the police report? Lastly, when this occured I was involved in an accident. E.M.S had cut my shirt off and put me in a wheelchair. I was complaining of severe breathing dificulties. A Cat-Scan revealed I had broken ribs. Is this a good platform to pursue a Civil Suit due to the amount of breathalizers I was administered after I had made it very clear that I could not breathe and needed immediate medical attention? Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you
